Purchases are verified and activated by an administrator; there is no online checkout. Renewals start when the new plan is activated, so contact us at expiry. Confirm applicable taxes, payment currency and activation timing before paying. When period Credits run out, usage can continue from your top-up balance.

Request a refund within 14 days if that purchase’s Credits are entirely unused. No voluntary partial refund for a used purchase. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

GPT requests over 272,000 input tokens use long-context rates for the entire request. DeepSeek peak hours are weekdays 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 China Standard Time, excluding the currently configured Chinese holiday dates. Where cache writes are billed, GPT charges 1.25 times that tier’s uncached input rate; DeepSeek has no separate cache-write charge.

For gpt-image-2, gpt-image-2.5-flare and gpt-image-2.5-sunburst, rates per million tokens are: text input 100 Credits, cached text 25, image input 160, cached image 40, image output 600. Actual charges vary with size, quality and references; there is no fixed per-image price.

Current purchase options

Top-ups and subscriptions are currently arranged with support and activated by an administrator. The prices above are public; this website does not currently offer online checkout. Contact support to confirm payment and activation before paying.

A one-time top-up adds the agreed Credits to your account after payment verification.
Each monthly plan provides its listed Credits for one calendar month from activation. Unused period Credits expire without rollover. Renewals are manually activated; top-up balance is separate and has no scheduled expiry.
Current administrator-managed plans do not automatically charge a payment card or renew a paid purchase. Contact support to renew; check your active-until date in Credits & account.

How usage is charged

One-time top-ups provide 10 Credits per USD. Monthly plans offer more Credits per dollar. Generation consumes Credits at the published service rates, which include model usage and service costs; a Credit is not a dollar of upstream model cost.

Usage varies by model, text length, reasoning, image settings and any document-reading or generation tools used. Prompt refinement and follow-up conversations can also consume Credits. Your account shows available balance and recent usage.

Sparkles Editor and the connected CF Mail service use the same account and Credits balance. Usage in either service can reduce that balance. Model availability and consumption rates may change; confirm the applicable offer before a purchase.

What you receive

Access to the web-based AI creative workspace: guided conversations, image generation and supported document tools. These are digital services, with no physical delivery.
Results appear in your account after processing. Generation depends on upstream availability and may fail; a fixed completion time or a particular creative result is not guaranteed.
Generated images and temporary uploads are retained for 7 days. Generated downloadable documents are also retained for 7 days. Download files you need to keep.
Images you choose to keep do not automatically expire while the account and service remain available, subject to your storage allowance. The default allowance is 1 GB per user and may be adjusted by an administrator. Video generation is not part of the current offering.

Before you pay

Your purchase confirmation must state the total price, currency, any applicable taxes, Credits granted, delivery arrangements, subscription period and refund terms. Do not pay based on an unspecified price or assume that a plan includes unlimited generations.
